  • Jampy was my Great Grandfather's nickname. Like in this photo, he always had white horses. When he was out in the woods one day, a moose attacked his horse. To save it, he grabbed his axe and took out the moose. He was a good man to have on your side!
  • That's my uncle on the left. The first time Nanny and Jampy stayed at his house, after walking into the guest room and finding two single beds, Nanny looked at my uncle and said "get some rope". There was no way she was staying in the same room as her husband and not in the same bed. She demanded that the beds be tied together. You don't argue with love like that... you get some bloody rope!
